Return Policy for Gototoolz Microphones

We have a 30 day returns policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days from the day you receive your order. If within that time you wish to return your order, reach out to us via email at gototoolz@gmail.com including your order number and tell us that you're wanting to request a return.

No returns for international orders.

All sales are final for any microphones with upgraded capsules or calibrated bundle orders (87+103 duo). We order those capsules from 3rd party manufactures so they can't be returned. No exceptions.
