Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30 day returns policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days from the day you receive your order. If within that time you wish to return your order, reach out to us via email at gototoolz@gmail.com including your order number and tell us that you're wanting to request a return.
No returns for international orders.
All sales involving microphones with upgraded capsules, gtz87, ribbon designs, or calibrated bundle orders (such as the 87+103 duo) are final. Due to the sourcing of these specialized components from third-party manufacturers, returns for these items cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
